“What I Know” Worksheet
Directions: Before reading, write down facts that you “already know” in the first column. In the second column, write down questions that you would like to find the answers to in the reading. During your reading, you should write down information that you find important in the middle column. In the fourth column, you need to write down the answers to the questions from the second column. If you cannot find an answer to one of your questions, then that question needs to be placed in the last column.
